Our Mission
The purpose of the Sliver City Museum Society is to support through fundraising and other activities the mission of the Silver City Museum, a municipally owned and established museum.
The Silver City Museum Society, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, was founded in 1985 to provide supplementary financial and volunteer support to the Silver City Museum, in Historic Downtown Silver City. The Museum Society augments operational support from the Town of Silver City, enhancing Museum programming and public services.
